Service And Support:- I booked 2 ticket from delhi to Mumbai but just before an hour I got some emergency in my company so decided to cancel my ticket but I called redbus Customer support worst customer service I had in my life they said ticket will not get cancelled because the bus operator company that is volvo will bot allow redbus to do so and as per policy.
Information Depth:- really that site Redbus.in not genuine because its not provide real facts . After booking ticket if you urgent work to canceled your ticket
its take a more time.
