Shoe note received 14 days. Review on Red Tape Footwear

With reference to my Purchase order no:- YBH1078092(Red Tape Shoe) I have purchase on 2/2/12 from yebhi.com and same date it has been dispatched after my payment through internet banking. Now 14 days have been passed but I have not received my Product. I have strated complain since 7/2/12 and that time they said the address was not correct, But in same address I have received other prodcut which I have purchase cash on delivery.

Now there since 8/2/12 I am regularly following up for my Product but every time yebhi.executive giving me the assurance but still I have not received the my product after paying Rs.1495/-, dt 14 days have been passed.

Now they are not able to track the product and they are telling me we are arranging for delivery. Even Blue Dart courier are also not able to track the materials.

Now this is my 2nd time that I am suffering to purchase from this site. Earlier problem was regarding Product quality now the problem is for delivery.

So, I am requesting the all Online customers please do not purchase any product from this site.

I don't care that my fund Rs.1495/- will return or not.

This is my wirst experiences to purchaser through yebhi .com.

if there is any action I can take against this negligence please inform me.
