I bought a pair of shoes in December 2015. Later I noticed that one shoe's front part is different from the other. The curve of the leather is steep in one and not in the other. I have attached photos for your reference
The color and design of the shoes are great and plus it's genuine leather which prompted me to buy the pair. But how come such a reputed shoe company not notice the defect in the quality checks?
I think Red Tape should make the quality checks top priority because the shoes are quite expensive.
This is my first experience with Red Tape products and quite disappointed with it. This doesn't mean that I will not buy the product in the future. I kindly request everyone and Red Tape to check whether it's symmetrical in the quality checks.
