Support gives Bull all along, keeps you awake. Review on Reconnect LED TV

Cheap but works OK. Only things that make me dislike it are listed here.

First of all the design looks like a cheap copy of a pricey design from other expensive products. I still rue the day I went in for a compromise thinking of getting a different one when I could afford a TV with 3d display feature. That reminds me of another reason to dislike this led tv. The controls for the TV on the tv have stopped working and when I called within the first 6 months I was asked to try it again. Is that proper? I simply ignored the bad customer support because I did not have time to visit the reliance store where I purchased it from the mall opposite magarpatta city, at pune.

After I got the tv I was led astray with wrong information. I was told specifically and everytime I asked about the clamps and fitting required to hook it up on the wall that their fitter would come later with the materials and do it for free.

Later when I called within a week of purchase; for the promised work I was given different kinds of replies at different times. When I called the first time, I was asked to wait. By evening, I got upset and went to the store. The only reply was to wait. This was even after I had been given a confirmed appointment for the same day. I agreed and waited for over 2 weeks and let go of the matter. I called the helpline and they redirected me to the store. Again, I was asked to wait. I was very impatient by then and decided to give them a reason to work properly. So I complained to the manager who knew me because I had got a laptop from the same store afterwards. Note, the people at the store called me back and surprised me with an offer for me to collect the materials myself. I agreed thinking I will hook it up on the wall myself if necessary. Later, I called to confirm when to come and collect and was surprised again to hear them say that I had refused to collect the materials and it can not be given. This kind of bull went on and on till I stopped thinking about it.

So do I still use this tv. Yes, just to show no disrespect, in honor of the person who gifted it to me.
