I have bought this Reconnect LED TV online on September 2015. Initially there was no issues, after two month, I noticed a THIN VERTICAL LINE IS DISPLAYING IN THE SCREEN. I am trying to reach all customer numbers for the past three months till 4th January 2016, there is no response, waste of timeā¦ Even we have escalated the same to online after sale they are also not supporting. Due to this experience better, will buy some branded TVs directly from the showroom at least we may avoid such risk and they will value the customers. The online purchases are totally waste; Dont buy non branded tv like this Reconnect led tv which will always give u problem and there is no solution for it .so always go for branded tv
