I bought realme xt one year before. Still, I am using the same device. Even today's standard realme xt is a killer mobile. Its camera and gorgeous display are out of the world in this price point. Now, most of the mobile manufacturers gone for LCD display with some gimmick of 120 Hz or some crazy refresh rate which actually doesn't matter in the day-to-day tasks. You won't see any difference.
But where you can see a major difference is using super AMOLED over the LCD display. Believe me, once you used an AMOLED display, you will realize how bad is LCD displays are. So never ever fall for the refresh rate trap. I am not saying a higher refresh rate is bad but if you have a chance to choose between a higher refresh rate vs an AMOLED screen. Go for the AMOLED display and thank me later.
One thing I am not a big fan of is realme UI. I am a stock android guy and I have used all the pixel devices. I am currently having a pixel 4a as primary mobile and believe me I flashed havoc os on my realme xt and I don't find a single difference between my pixel 4a and realme xt. So for the price, in my opinion, it is a no brainer. So go for it, if you can crack some good deal. Thank you for reading.
