I purchased this mobile from an online website in April 2019, the reason I bought mobile was because of the good look and the mobile for battery performance and lower price. When buying this mobile phone, I get a 1 year warranty from this company come within 3 days of ordering the mobile, the mobile is deliver to me. Then I used the mobile for 20 days. And then suddenly one day will making a video call on the mobile, the mobile goes off then I try a lot to turn on the mobile, put the mobile on charge, but the mobile is not on. Them I called the mobile companies customer care, and from customer care I was informed that I should take the mobile to their service centre. Them I went to the service centre of this company with mobile said after checking the mobile from customer care informed me that change the motherboard of the mobile. And it will take 7 working days. After 7 days I went to the service centre of this company again then de report that the mobile was liquid damaged so they old not repair the mobile. But I told that the mobile did not have any liquid damage from me, but they don't listen to me full stop then I tell them why you didn't tell me e before that there II is a liquid damage and mobile. Why do you say after 7 days that the mobile has been liquid damage? But they did not listen to me and return the damage mobile To me.
