This year, I am all in for healthy living, or at least trying to.

I stay alone mostly, away from family and have extended work hours. So, food gets pushed down on the priority list. In a quest to find some healthy additions or modifications, I started buying Real fruit juice, and including it in my daily diet. I am pretty satisfied with the outcome.Though it cannot be exactly as nutritious as churning juice yourself from raw fruit and vegetables using a juicer, but it is the closest alternative. It saves time and is quite delicious.

So, a glass along with my quick breakfast has become a norm.

There are quite a few advantages of this packed fruit juice as I would try to list out below:

1) It tastes good and is quite refreshing. Try a glass of chilled real juice after work or workout, and you will love it.

2) Saves time - If you are in a hurry and juicing fruits and then cleaning afterwards is not possible for you, you could try this.

3) Healthy: if you are looking for a quick mid-meal snack, this is a very healthy option, and you would feel good later of not having gorged on unhealthy junk.

4) Makes a good cocktail - This might be new, but instead of mixing Sprite or 7-Up t o your Vodka, try mixing the Orange or Pomegranate flavour of Real. It blends well, is super smooth, and tastes great.

So, if you are of the kind who needs to have some beverage in your fridge, instead of stacking your refrigerator with coke or Pepsi, stack it with this product.  I assure you that you would be making a healthy lifestyle change.

N.B.: This is not an absolute alternative to raw fruits or vegetables, so please have as much of those as possible. This is the closest alternative.
