When I was a child, my mother had the Reader's Digest around the house constantly. I would pick it up and read bits and pieces, mostly the humor.
As I got older, I began to read the articles as well. I find the articles informative and entertaining. I learn something new with every new issue I get. I love the true-life stories and medical information. The political stories and features on criminals are very interesting too.
I still love the humor sections, as well. They have added several new ones over the past few years, and these are as good as the tried=and-true ''Life in These United States'' and ''Campus Comedy.'' I especially enjoy the ones on computers.
I recommend Reader's Digest to anyone with an interest in reading and information. The articles and features are interesting, captivating and well worth the money.
