From my child hood days I have been reading classic readers digest, now when its handled by India Today group, I get bombarded with mailers etc asking me to subscribe, Thankfully I subscribed with cash on delivery.
and obviously the parcel/call never came back, when I called the customer care, he did not ask for my order id, just said please wait until the parcel arrives. which century are they living in? its almost 6 months no news, other online shopping stores like yepme or flipkart even if the product is worth 50 rs, they will reach you within a week.
This year I tried again and called up the customer care and asked him to see the status of old order, he said'maybe the people came to your house but maybe you were not there at yur place!" this is a juvenile response given by reader's digest customer care and he said they dont have the facility of calling people. Wht is this readers digest condition why are they spoiling the name . what is the use if they don't want customers.
