I bought Suzuki Gixxer-150 from ravi suzuki showroom at vadodara located near Channi road. Recently, My brother met with an accident and the front part of the bike got severely damaged. As my bike is already insured with ICICI.
I went to the showroom asking for the procedure to be taken in order to claim the insurance. they said u don't have to worry we will take care of everything just bring the said document along with insurance paper. I did exactly the same but when they handed me the bike after all the process still lots of problem remains unsolved like handle alignment and all. Now, When i again went to the service center regarding the problem they did something on the bike and as soon as i came back to home the handle problem pops once again. I again called them but now they are not attending my calls. At last. I went to the local garage and get my bike fixed. I have all the bills and receipt and papers to prove my statement.
