This should be great lesson to the hospitality Industry that building a Good property on a great location itself will not guarantee success,
Rude arrogant staff and management. Terrible food quality. And they cheat you with multiple rate cards printed on xerox paper.
I had taken a foriegn tour operator to scout malvan coastal resorts and lost over 15lacs in buiness as the staff were even rude to the foreigner guest.
The chef in the restaurent does not the difference between chicken wings and chicken lollypops, food was so horrible that it cant be put in words
The worst hotel experience in 15 years in the industry and travells over 68 countries
HOwever the worst part of the experience is being greeted by varnacular boys who's mannerisms and language are close to local streetside goons, They get aggresive and ridicule guests. The general manager endorses the behaviour to make matters worse.
the saddest part is the lack of clenliness and maintaninance of the lovely wooden bungalows
