At least we have a platform where we can at least post about the problem which we are facing. But they have to be honest at least in telling the mechanism to the people how they create the rating of any product because if you check their are lot of product which is going to out from the market but they are still giving the rating of more than 77 % .It's hampering their reputation in the market.
So I have only one suggestion if it’s require they can use market report or can show it so that at least people will get the right reviews about the products and they will keep their faith on Mouthshut.com and consider it as a bible of buying.
