This review subject is very interesting feel for me.Review means writing what one has felt in daily life or having gone through experience of it.
Now what is meant by review.RE VIEWING could be right meaning. WHEN SOMEONE ASK US PLEASE REVIEW. RE viewing means trying to really understand and answering.
NOW RATING REVIEWS ON MOUTHSHUT. To rate means giving value, not to rate that is giving NOT USEFUL is a clear slap on the writer.
NEVER RATE NOT USEFULL and this not useful rating should be removed this is my suggestion.
what is the alternate to not useful if someone likes to underrate.
The best answer is COMMENT.comment in such a way in a convincing way that the writer has written really not worth and suggest better ideas , this will help the aggrieved review writer.
Rating gives a very great feel let me disclose how it feels and means to the writer even me. I am also as succeptable to the value of rating, when one goes back to his preivious reviews the first he touches his eyes through is number of visitors and rating and no of comment.
1234 visitors, 12 ratings and 22 comments, this shows a feel of surge of happiness.
21000 visitors 33 ratings and 40 comments, exhilaration feelings set in.
Apart from this when one goes back reading his own reviews joy, tears set in.
WHY tears of joy , tears of joy means heart feels so contentedly happy.when we read our own past reviews the thanks feelings set in by us.How can I write this worthy review one may ask himself.

Why I have mentioned name of paul, this person writes very interesting and one need lot of time to go through his writings, that means it is sort of worth to invest our precious time to read the reviews of paul.
Why javeed. somehow javeed touches ones conciousness and since he is very inteligent in mind and broad minded his writings are always ever ever to be read.
why ipshanu.This writers english is simply too good.i rate for her english style.
now myself do I rate good for my own, yes indeed but only after few years are past.
Suggestions while one rate.
1 if the writer is your trusted one, naturally she or he expect a rating from your side, never rate without
reading at least two lines.Many rate verusefull without reading this is HYPOCRACY.
2 iF partially satisfed give vu or usefull or somewhat usefull.
iT IS easy to rate but to comemnt perfectily is time consuming.
Now a days hectic time makes us not to use our brain power so we just give rating but rating along comment is the best guided advantage for the writer.
WHY NOT MANY RATE.
I am observing there is lack of rating it is all due to no return for the rating.
MY SUGGESTION.
1 For each rating ms should give us 100 gift points.
2 For each comment there should be 200 gift points.
penalty should be levied on the person who rate not usefull , because not usefull make the boy or girl sleepless and they need sleeping tablet which did happen to me also, hence the penalty may be at least 1000 points negative, this will refrain an intent MS member who means throwing stones.
Good reviews can happen only if there is gain feel for the writer.
Unless reward is awarded what is the use of rating.
