Hi friends.I joined this gym 6 months back as this gym is close to my house.
First of all the infrastructure of this gym is good but not great.It has all the facilities what I would like to have in a gym like abdominal bench, barbell, bench press, cables & pulleys, calf machine, dipping bars, dumbells, foam rollers, leg press machine, pull up bar and many more.Its big enough to accommodate atleast 25-30 people easily.
The staff are great here.Its good to work with and the trainers help you step by step when a new joiner comes in.
As this is close to my home so I feel its great to be people who live in Nangloi area.Usually others gyms I experienced that the trainers don't care for you for exercise but here the trainers are the best so its well value for money.
