A Place Of Mismanagement With Poor Service. Review on Rasoi Wala (Pure Veg), Indira Nagar, Lucknow

Hi Friends! My this review is about Rasoi Wala(Pure Veg), Indira Nagar, Lucknow.It is a pure veg restaurant in Lucknow.Its timing are 11AM to 4PM, 7PM to 12 Midnight. Address is Rasoiwala Tiraha, Munshipulia Chauraha, Indira Nagar, Lucknow.Average cost for two is Rs 250/= Approximately.To know more about them read below.

Food And Presentation-As I told you in the beginning of my review that it is a veg restaurant so you get here veg food items .You get here Saadi Thaal at RS 80/=, Thaal Special at RS 100/=, Rasoi Wala Special Thaal at Rs 150/=.Another interesting fact is some of their food items which they serve only on certain days as rasoi wala special kheer and daal makhani at every Tuesday, kadhi pakoda at every Thursday.Now talking about the taste of food so there is nothing called delicious in their food as the quality and taste of food is below average and items like chhola, rajma, kadhai paneer are filled with too much oil which dissolve the taste of these items Kadhi Pakoda is also not working on taste and quality as Pakodas are hard and the gravy of kadhi is very thin without any ingredients and taste .Paneer Kulcha is a big curse to eat as so bad in taste with lots of chilly and less quantity of Paneer. Coming to presentation of food so it is served in Stain less steel bhojan thaal but these thaals are not cleaned properly as you can easily feel the stickiness of oil by touching them, their glass are also not well cleaned as you can see black spot inside the glass.No garnishing of food senseless way of serving food .every thing they do while serving the food is very disappointing .

Amience-Very poor here as the ambience inside the shop is very down market and dirty .Why did I say so? So I say so as the inner ambience of shop is unhygienic uncleaned and unmanageable.The white color tile is fitted on floor and walls and they are very dirty and not cleaned for a long time as you can see blackness on tiles.Talking about sitting arrangements so they have steel made chairs and steel made table on which the dark green color marble is fitted.The numbers of chairs and tables are very few therefore you have to face problem to get seats and tables.It is not air conditioned.The big minus point of them is a stink as you have feel a bad stink inside the shop which is very intolerable.Coming to outside ambience so outside shop is covered with aluminum and glass made doors and walls on which cold drinks advertisements are affixed.The aura of the place is not good and pleasant at all.

Customer Service-Poor and slow customer service .You have to wait for long for your turn to place your order and wait again to get it it take approximately 50 Min to 1 Hour in placing and getting in your order and sometimes you get those items which you have not served.They serve cool food without warming them as they serve you cool Kadhai Paneer and Kulcha and when you ask them to give you these items hot so they ignore you and go to another customer .So customer service is below satisfactory in fact it is worse.

Value For Money- I will not call it a value for money place as food dishes like Khoya Paneer half plate at RS 90/= Full at RS 180/=, Dall Fry Butter Half plate at RS - 60/= Full at RS- 120/= and thats too friend with local brand butter .Taste of these dishes are very bad and moreover they serve very less quantity of food in full plate .Whereas in other restaurant you can get much more quantity and taste on same rate.So I think it is not value for money place at all as you can get better food, ambience, customer service in same rates in Lucknow.

I will not recommend this place to any one.
