Very unprofessional attitude. Review on Rapido

HI everyone, I have been using RAPIDO since last 2 months during my stay in Lucknow. I have been extensively using my own bike for conveyance but since I get several calls during office hrs therefore I started trying RAPIDO. And, therefore, I think I have enough experience to share my view on the same.

Firstly, their so called drivers/riders/CAPTAINS, they are very unprofessional. Neither they have proper uniform, nor they are professional. I have been to some drivers who came to me with enough panmasala in their mouths to hardly speak a single word. I have been in situation when very often my rides have been firstly accepted then later cancelled by Captains themselves without giving any proper reasons. I have also faced situations when captains have arrived in a bike/activa with different numbers.

Neither do they offer any helmet, nor they have any idea of locations. They rely totally on Google maps. They get to rough and rash driving for no obvious reasons. They drive very casually. I even suppose some of them are even too young to have a valid driving license.

Lastly, pricing policy is an utter failure. None of there coupons will ever work. They can charge as high as 20rs for a 2kms ride. This is against their own rate . but it is so. They often create problems with change if you are offering them cash(this is done to let them keep the change)

I would I also like to mention Insurance details provided by RAPIDO is also very late, it should be provided prior to ride start.

I wish someone from RAPIDO could read this. Don't let such a beautiful concept fail due to mis-management.
