I am writing my third review on any application. This time I am going to share my opinion and experiences about 'Rapido'app.
I found this app very bad and inappropriate. I downloaded this app nearly a month ago. I wanted a ride to my college. This site provides cash in rapido wallet to promote it among its customers. I called one of its rapido driver to pick up me. I waited for 20-25 minutes but driver did not come. Then I called again so he refused to accept payment from rapido wallet. He told me to change payment option. I had an important document submission in the college so I had to change the payment mode. I thinks that why rapido is providing such option to customer which is not acceptable by its rapido drivers and customer faces problems for this unacceptance by drivers.
One more time l face the same situation because other app like Ola, Jugnoo charge more than rapido and I was only customer to pick. It charged 20 rupees for only 500 meter distance but rapido driver said that an other customer was charged only 10 rupees for 1.5 km. That was so disappointing situation for me. I had to pay this because I needed to pick up my train.lt never gives proper information about the ride and about the fare price too. Rapido drivers wear helmets but customer are not provided helmet. This is not good as per the safety norms.
This is a worst site and you should not use it. There is very less rapido drivers even in City Indore where I am studying. Many times rapido driver refused to pick customer only because he servicing in far from the customer. I think why rapido does not reform in his services. You can go for other options if you have urgent work. I do not want you in the same situation in l was that time. I did not know more about this Rapido app and even didn't see any feedback option in this application.
This app does not work properly even if one have good network in his phone. Rapido is not in my good book and you should not have this. I am not using this application only because of these problems and limitations. I talked to rapido drivers too. They also have various objection to Rapido app. Rapido does not give proper information and revenue to them. This is one of the reason why customers are not happy this. If these limitations will not be overcame by Rapido than these Reviews definitely block this application in customers mind and they will never go for this app. Why to use such worst if there is various better option than this.
