IT HAS A HUGE POTENTIAL. Review on Rapido

I am using rapido for last couple of months. This bike taxi concept was pretty cool. first of all it is cheaper than normal taxi though it is quite unfair to compare it with luxury taxi services. I live in a metro city and traffic jam is very common here so if you want to go one place to another very quickly then bike is the best option one could have. I think this a bangolre based company recently they have started their services in north eastern part of india. Two months ago when I first experienced their service it was very nice. It was like an uber but here you will get a bike. Their service are very much dependable on the attitude of their captains. I have faced good and bad both. Sometimes you can get your ride within seconds or sometimes your captain could cheat you if you have chosen the payment option as rapido wallet. They do not provide otp and some rapido captains take this as their chance to dheat the customer. I have faced this issue but thankfully the rapido team is very active in twitter and they returned the money. Rapido should provide headcap for each ride, I did not any headcap for my rides till now. Whenever I ask the captain for head cap they simply deny in this matter. Rapido should look after this matter. They should give importance in hygiene. According to me some of the rapid captains are under the age of 18 because they do not look matue enough and they do rash driving. If rapido can rectify these faults in their business then this company has the potential to become no 1 bike taxi service provider in India. Lastly I would say I love to take their services and their serviceable area is pretty large which is an another good side of this company so best of luck. If I compare rapido with ola bike service then Rapido shold win with a great margin because of their availability promptness. But their is a big negative point in rapido which their pricing, it is absurdly high. Sometimes it's fare is equal with a ola micro taxi fare. They sshould check thier pricing. Because of this crazy pricing I only use their services in the time of need. Rapido app is very slick and smooth, one good thing about this app is that evertime you give a new address it saves those addresses for future usage. This uber like feature is quite useful.
