We often visit this hotel, at least once or twice a month with the entire family of 8-10 adults and 4-8 children.
Recently, the staff of the hotel is ruining this place. Earlier, there have been minor issues but we have always ignored them but tonight something really bad happened.
As usual, our family members of around 8 adults and 5 children visited this place. We were asked to sit in the first section of the hotel.
This section is usually warm which is good during cold weather but nowadays the temperature being pretty hot, we asked if the AC can be more chilled. The problem with this hotel is that the AC is in the inside section so that place becomes super chilled while the outside portion stays warm. We were told that we can sit in the inside section.
Imagine the entire family with kids and a new born baby moving out of their places and then moving to another table. As soon as we moved to the other table, another gentleman told us that this place will be congested and we should sit in the Paparazzi hotel which belongs to them and is next door. In Paparazzi, we were asked to sit inside a room which was bad and had a bad smell.
The outside section of the hotel was fully empty. We asked this manager if we can take the outside tables. The response given was shocking! The manager or whoever this person was said. No, you cannot sit here because if you sit here THE HOTEL WILL LOOK FULL. We were shocked and asked what if it looks full, we are not sitting for free. He still said that we cannot sit here and we moved out of this hotel. Forever now!
We feel sorry for the hotel owner whom we know personally but the hotel staff is ruining this hotel. It was obvious that the staff wants the hotel to be empty so that they can keep themselves free.
