Plot :
Chitti babu ( ram charan) is a partially deaf engineer who is very well known by the villagers.he has a brother called kumar babu ( aadhi) who is well educated and wants to good to the villagers.phanindra bhupati ( jagapathi babu) has been the president for the villagers from the past 30years and no one in the village has the dare to speak his name.bhupato has killed 3 people who nominated for the elections against him and this time kumar babu contests opposite him in the elections. Kumar babu is killed and who is the culprit forms the twist in the tale.
The plot is routine but the village drama gives an authentic feel and is thoroughly engaging.except few scenes in 2nd half, movie is very impressive.performances from every actor is superb.
Voice of dsp in naganna is a minus point.scenes after the death of aadhi are a bit extended.
Ram charan should be appreciated for accepting a partially deaf role and he nailed it with his perfection in wide range of emotions, he never acted upto his capabilities in his previous films. Samantha as a village girl os convincing. Aadhi as brother shines and acts well in his part.anasuya as aunt is impressive and prakash raj excels as usual.
Music and background music given by dsp is thumping and elevates the crucial scenes in the film.cinematography by rathnavelu gives the 80's feel .
The film is creating wonders at the box office and soon going to be the highest grosser in tollywood after bahubali series.
