I had the worst experience of my life, during purchase of my vehicle from Rana Motors on 28th Sep'14 .
They are highly trained to Cheat at the maximum extent possible. Sales team will jolly well stop receiving the calls once they are confident that vehicle is booked .
No value of customer. Don't know what customer satisfaction means .
