Best travel agency one could opt for. We've tried a number of agencies from which we had come out extremely disappointed. We were almost convinced that we'd never go for any agencies ever again. However, seeing how flexibl Ramon Club International is, we decided to try one last time and we were certainly not disappointed. Far from it, we're extremely satisfied and can't recommend RCI enough. We can book whichever hotel we want and can get both breakfast and dinner buffet's complementary.
We also get movie tickets quarterly for any movie we'd like to watch. Any amount paid from our end is reimbursed almost immediately. And the best part is the customer care team. Not only is it incredibly easy to reach the executives but they also provide resolutions to our problems very quickly. We love travelling on our own terms free of hassle and it's very difficult to imagine such an experience with travel agencies given their constant restrictions. But its a whole different story with RCI.
We are so happy to have booked with them and can recommend them without any hesitation. Also thanks a lot Sanjay and shivangi for always making the booking process so smooth.
