Hi Friends!Today I will talk about the famous sweet shop of Lucknow that is Ram Asrey Alambagh Branch.Ram Asrey Sweets are 2 centuries older and very popular in Lucknow.Now they have different branches in Lucknow But I will tell you about Alambagh branch.Lets have a look below-
Food And Presentation-They serve sweets and desserts and snacks like Samosa. There is no alcohol available in their shop nor you can drink it here.Talking about their food so sweets dishes like Mewa Laddo, Makkhani Laddo, Dudhia Barfi are very delicious and authentic in taste .You will get pure Awadhi taste in these sweets as every thing like sugar milk and other ingredients are used in balanced quantity which give you a pleasing and mouth watering taste.They serve fresh items with good quality.Coming to presentation of food so they serve you sweets in disposable plates with plastic spoon .If you have to take sweets to home so they pack the box in such manner that the beauty and taste of sweets remain safe.No doubt it is satisfactory.
Ambience-Talking about ambience here so you will see the different counters filled with varieties of sweets here.There are white colour tile are fitted on the floor and different design of POP are made on the roof.There are no sitting arrangements in the shop.The fragrance of pure and delicious sweets create a good ambience here.
Customer Service- It is Satisfactory as all the workers are well in behavior.They put their every effort so that you visit them again.They talk in a polite way with pleasing smile moreover very attentive towards customers.So the customer service here is good and pleasing here as you do not have to wait too long time for getting your order.
Value For Money- Yes it is Value For Money Place as they charge you the right rate for the good items .I mean they serve you good quality sweets and other stuff .Moreover every item is served in hygienic way .And Their yummy and fresh taste is absolute value for money.
I think every one should visit here at least once to experience the pure, fresh and authentic awadhi sweets taste.
