It all begun with my mom getting a leaflet of a new restaurant called Rajvansh in Cunnigham Road. They boasted of a Rajasthani Thali which we were keen to have. They also had happy hours from 6-7pm for dinner. My parents have early dinner and this suited us well.
The numbers on the leaflet were all non-existant. We could not reserve ahead. So we went (from Sarjapur Road) and my parents came ( from Banshankari).
We reached there at 6:15 and saw a closed board. I still went inside and found that there were some people around. On enquiry we got a seat.
Then one lady came and told us that lunch time was over. ( nothing like welcome or anything) We informed her about the leaflet and she went inside. We waited and waited.
Then on searching for somebody, we found a person who( again the same blank face) asked us what we want. we again said what we wanted.
After some 10 mins another gentleman came and told that this was their opening day and hence they were not having anything ready. He said( or rather challanged) "Can you wait for an hour?" On telling him that we were hungry he said he could not do anything about that. when we said shall we go back he said " please".
That's the worst ever treatment we ever got in a restaurant. if its opening day the least they could do was atleast offer some drink/sweets anything and ask us to wait!! To top it all they were serving refreshments to some "personal guests ( as told to us) " who were sitting right next to us.
