The ad sux big time.I mean exactly wat is the mssg the ad wants 2 convey?It seems they ar saying that if u eat take this product u will be able to buy foreigners and be able to treat them like ur personal slaves. Firstly chewing tobaco has nothing to do with business deals.If at all it does hav any effect on ur business it's that the ppl u ar doin business with will think u ar an absolute gawaar.It actually tarnishes ur image instead of building it as is suggested by the ad.Its like Bill Gates travelling on the streets by a chaffeur driven bullock cart. Secondly I hav never seen a single billionare businessman roaming about in a maybach and chewing tobacco.May be the owner of Rajnigandha does so but frankly speaking it would definitely make him look like a nut.The only ppl I hav seen chewing Rajnigandha ar rickshawpullers and taxi drivers. Thirdly I dont quite see y the product has 2 involve India's history in its ad.Its not as if it had anything to do in the freedom struggle.In their ad in wich the guy bought The East India Company,the person explains his decision 2 buy the worn out company as payback 4 ruling our country for so long.Well I sure hope the person was satisfied coz as far as I cud see the only thing the person achieved by his idiocy was a loss making company and nothing more.If u want payback go and buy the Buckingham palace and claim the thrown.I am sure chewing Rajnigandha would help him do that. Fourthly the background music in the ad made it seem that superman was flying in to rescue the planet from disaster. Seriously speaking the company needs to change its ad agency and its marketing strategy.In case the company was targeting the rich upper class audience,it has failed big time and I wish it best of luck to achieve its goal.The only thing I liked in the ad was the car.
