BOX OFFICE: they have two box offices. One at the ground floor of the mall. And one at the fourth floor. Because of two box offices you not need to be in queue for longer time.
SITTING AREA: it is a selfy time because the siting area is very huge with designer sofas and comfortable atmosphere is well.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT: theater staff is very polite once I lost my ticket message in my mobile and lost internet connectivity is well. But serving staff did not stop me buy watching movie and allowed my entery and in interval I managed to give them ticket print as well.
SOUND QUALITY: sound quality is as good as other well known multiplex.
SCREEN: screens is very big enhancing your movie watching experience. And it is very clean too.
MOVIE HALL: movie hall is very big that can accomodate very large crowd but the sitting they should make it more comfortable. And mostly prepare sofa seats for launge as well.
TICKET PRICES: ticket prices are alwats attractive and during wednesday all the ticket pricea are same and as law as 70 rupees for launge ticket as well.
In short it is the best place to complete your movimania experience.
