My honeymoon was ruined and all thanks to Raj Travels for their shameful and worthless service. We were robbed of all our money, passport and valuables at Malaysia on our way to Singapore last year.
To our disbelief, in the middle of the night we were asked to get off the train ( where we realised that we have been robbed of our passports) Forget getting our Singapore trip organised , Raj travels did not even help us to get our emergency certificate and getting back to India. Both of us in an unknown country had to lodge a complaint in police station, find our way to the consulate, stay in malaysia on our own expense ( which the people in the trip had helped us with some money) for 2 days and pay for our tickets back to India.
To top it all Raj travels delayed some information dat we required to reissue our tickets due to which we had to extend our stay for a day. I will not suggest anyone to travel with raj travels. Kesari on other hand is a bit expensive but handled a similar case with such sensitivity, arranged to get the passports in north america of 2 ladies who we personally know, got them to complete the entire tour and get them back safely. Raj travels did not bother to find out if we were even alive , didnt get in touch with our family, didnt offer us any help at all. PLEASE PLEASE think twice before you book with raj Travels. e are now thinking of taking them to the consumer court to see if we can get any justice. I can only describe this entire event as traumatizing.
