Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Raj Mandir Cinema, C- Scheme Jaipur. My experience with this cinema was very bad.
Before 6 months I was going to watch a movie Toilet ek prem Katha we does not planned to go for watching movie. suddenly my husband friend was come and telling to going for watching movie immediately. Because of emergency we does not able to booked ticket by online So, we were going to watching the 6 to 9 show in Raj Mandir cinema and going for buying tickets from the cinema ticket counter. The ambience of cinema was very crowdy. people's we're shouting. The environment was very disturbing. There was huge long line of people's to buying a ticket. After 30- 45 minutes standing on the line I was finally near of the ticket window. When I was telling to ticket staff person to buy 4 tickets they said he was left only balcony tickets not others but we doesn't want bolcony ticket after so many arguing he doesn't understand and we doesn't have any choice because of less time and buying the balcony tickets the staff was so rude and inconvenient.
Then we were entired in the cinema hole. The condition of cinema hole was very bad there was no cleanness garbage was flew in the floor. Seats was very untidy and uncomfortable. It was vary disgusting. Then talking about sound and picture quality. The sound was very worst. Sound was very low we doesn't enjoying the movie with low sound. And picture quality was not clear and not appears HD quality.
The ticket prices of this cinema was very high as compared to it's services so, it has value of money.
So, I was not satisfied and disappointed with the Services. So , I will give it 1 out of 5.
