Stayed at Tulips at Sowripalayam (Rajiv Gandhi Salai behind back side of G V Residency). The location of the apartment is pretty good. They charge 4050 per room for one night stay at 2 bedroom apartment (inclusive of taxes 24 hours).
Stayed in a two bedroom apartment that has 2 bathrooms as well. The amenities inside was very pathetic. BPL T.V was more than 15 to 20 years old. Has lots of grains and the quality of picture is pathetic. Refrigerator is non functional. Has a Onida microwave that is the only functional item. Has utensils that are so greasy that you would rather not touch it. The dining room is OK. Bathrooms are less than average but spacious. Water heaters work. The parking lot is cramped but OK They promise a complimentary breakfast but there is NONE. There no good hotels nearby.
You need to go towards Avinashi road or find out nearest Sree Annapoorna hotel Worst part is that there is power cut every one hour and the AC does not function most of the times. There are lots of mosquitoes and better be beware of dengue as it is prevalent here The entire booking is routed to a service desk in Bangalore where they ask you pay upfront to their ICICI Bank account. It is better to stay in a hotel at the same price at Sree Annapoorna Lodging at R S Puram or other hotels.
