I was initially using Reliance broadband internet for my home. It was really nice. But the operating dealer changed his dealership from Reliance to Railwire and convinced me to change to Railwire. He said that this is the best service provider in the market and it is from central government. I eventually believed him and accepted to change.
But as soon as got changed to this service provided, I came to know that I got cheated by the dealer. This is not actually a fully established company. It is being implemented by central government as a trial run. Most of the time, the service will be down. If I call the dealer he will not pick up the call.
The most worst part of their service is the WiFi router provided by them. It is made by Tenda which is of a very low quality(They charged 500 rs for that crap). Last time when it was raining, I heard a blast sound from it. That’s all. When I called them, they came after 2 days and replaced the modem stating that switch off the modem during rain. If this happens again, we will not change it. This is the first time I’m seeing a router ends it’s life for a simple rain. Please nobody fall prey for this crappy service provider even it is from our government.
