I usually service my shine here for last two years. Couple of times I have little bad experience and I neglected because there is no other authorized Honda service center in this area. But the last time - a month back was a worst experience. After servicing, I just left the service center and just within a few minutes, my bike was giving problem - it did not stopping even after removing key. I was little lucky that I was just few meter away from service center. I revisited and they corrected the issue somehow. I never faced such issue before.
The issue reappeared after 5 days and worst thing is I was traveling with my wife and 3 yr old son at around 8 PM. I show my shine to local garage. They said that internal wiring has damaged because of washing. There was short circuit. He again corrected it temporarily. But I have to keep my bike there for a night.
Next day I again visited Rahul Service Center. 2 hrs after handing over my bike, I got call from service center that wiring needs to be changed. I said why it happened and why you did not told me regarding this 5 days back when same problem was occurred? You know what they response - They said they did not want customer to put financial burden because of this..then I have some arguments. While I was in mid of argument, a lady took phone and said 'Sir your bike is ready'. Now I was sure that some bad thing will happen.
Then I went there and took my bike. It was working but I was sure that this was a temporary solution. I also noticed that the petrol was reduced by substantial amount. Now after a month bike is giving other problems. Clutch if pull, remain in pulled position. In neutral gear it is hard to move bike. I would suggest people not to go there.
