Rahul seems to be following Rakhi Sawant’s foot steps… First Big Boss and now his Swayamvar…
He declared it the first day that this show will end with the Sath Phera’s (Unlike what Rakhi Swant did) and he is quite serious about it....But are the Girls serious ?
Sadly none of the contestants are serious; this show has given acting platform to the contestants. They had their break-ups (past relationships) and now they are here to patch up with Rahul…
I hardly remember the names.But one contestant recently was eliminated as she was 19, how silly is that? It took quite a few episodes for Rahul to decide 19 years of age is too young for someone who is 34.
The argument between the contestants, the jealously… the cat fights is what the show is all about.
The activities involved for judging the capability of the brides are impractical… All the childish games which aim at knowing the participants end up perplexing Rahul. There is a tiff among the contestants in each and every little activity the host comes up with.
Umpteen Number of Guests are invited on the Show...
Few of them are:
Sambhavna (supposed sister) came for reasons unknown.
Ashutosh & Zulfi ( supposed Friends) who came enquiring about the contestants past life…!
The Kids from Badai Miyan Chotai Miyan came to judge whether the brides are ‘good’ with kids.. !
Neha Dhupia & Vikram Phadnis managed to organize a ramp walk… Questions based on G.K and family issues were asked… I remember one question ’what’s Obama’s full name?’… to which one contestant happily answers… Obama Bin Laden…!!
Host Ram Kapoor does his job well (Paisa wasool kaam)
Concept on the Whole: The show is baseless, meaningless….( You can add to that...)
And the reason I entertained it for a week is to write a review on it… :P
The only contestant which is sensible, mentally matured (though 20 years old) is Harpreet seems to be the best among the worse.
Now it’s upto the Dulai Miyan to decide.
It’s indeed shocking to see the girls trying to impress a person who is a divorcee (for reasons well known)… Even if he wasn’t a divorcee, this method of Swayamvar fails totally… It’s hypocrisy that prevails throughout the show.
