Yes that what I think that he should quit playing cricket.Instead of him Vinod kambli should be given chance as he is not only fast scrorer of runs but also he is left handed which gives more variety to batting line up.
The selectors have given him enough chance to improve his batting in One-dayers and he has failed to improve it. He just cant place the ball between two fielders even when spinners are bowling, and in the end after consuming half of the delivery he gives his wicket easily, so the pressure comes on the lower order bastman to score fast. I think if ever he is in team he should be asked to keep wickets so that India can play extra batsman in his place.
Some people may argue with his techinique, but what the use if he cant score runs quickly and when needed, he can sleep with his technique!
I firmly believe the player who scores run slowly should be not in playing eleven, even if its Sachin or Lara, we dont want player to create their personal records but we want India to win most of the game, if not all..
