This is a hotel which attracted me by its name. I had booked the hotel through OYO. I had great impressions before I entered the room . The room was not cozy and on entering the hotel I found that it was an old construction on the inner sides . The room service was pathetic with no proper and timely service. I had to call twice for ordering the morning tea.
I was so frustrated by the rooms and room services that I called up the OYO customer care who regretted my grievances and requested for shifting the room, which I refused since I was getting late for the meeting. Paying 1167 seemed to be unfair considering the poor service response.
