I would firstly want to write about the few good things about the center- They have a good quality machines(MRI) which I got done there and also their center keeps good hygiene. Now for some one knowing the health care industry and working of the system let me tell you they are not ethical.
They are not courteous and I was suffering from Claustrophobia inside the machine but the guys were desperate to just be done with the scanning than my mental situation. They did not even offer me ear plugs and did only later. They also routinely do CT scan for MRI and they told me that was free.( each CT gives radiation of 400 Xrays) that can lead to cancer in later life.
They neither explained the need to do CT or there was no need of CT for me in the given situation.When I questioned them they never answered me and were quite evasive and nobody bothered to apologize for what was happening. The Doctors there were also pretty cold and not responsive. I think if there is a situation then avoid this center.
