To begin with I am a fan of srk and I am slightly biased towards his movies and somewhere deep down I feel like is it really true, like in oso I was so excited to catch it that I was really not very pleased with the outcome. But this time around it was more like yes it s an srk movie so what, dunno why. But hail those pals who took me there I was enthralled by possibly the most existent and relevant love story of a nerd/ dumbo or just a too simple guy who possibly has no idea what style is and where's pants of his fathers age. Yes, there are many who would want to do what mr. Srk did after that.
So this movie has two phases, without revealing much I would say that both are hugely entertaining. Like I was really very happy to see this guy being so happy with just a yellow tiffin packed by his beautiful wife who he loves so much but she on the hand is just the
Dutiful wife - love. So sharukh goes to great distances to make har fall in love with him and comes up with a total image makeover, raj. This guy is just the exact opposite of surinder and is a jat acting cool. The guy captivates the girl with his humour. And all this turns up into a very excittiing climax with an amazing dance sequence , involving one of the two srks and the fun is which one.
Srk steals the show with performance like never before. The scenes wheres he tells anushka that, he is happy with these small things and that is what love is for him are just too good. Also the scene just before the interval where surinder and raj talk to each other is also superb.
Anushka is also very good with some really good dance numbers to back her performance, possibly the debut of the year.
All in all, shahrukh, mujhe tujhme rab dikhta hai.
