I subscribed for this connection on 10th Feb'16 and they informed that the installation will happen within 7 days, still there is no connection at my place.
Sunday I called the customer care number, they promised to enable the service by today still there is no response. Now they are not answering their customer care number I was almost on hold for 30 minutes still there is no response.
I did a big mistake by subscripting to this service in spite of bad reviews. I am planning to cancel the service.
