I am using raajnett connection. Location Porur, Chennai. I faced an issue with raajnett. they are very worst in treating customers. Read below to know about Raajnett Quality and service. This is mail content I sent to them. also I mentioned their reply.


Dear Sir/Madam,


I am Using Raajnett Connection. One and half month. I am using the plan Queen_4Mb_1Mon_40GB_FUP-Data. I am writing this mail as a fooled person by Raajnett and its Customer service.


Here I want to tell you my experience with Raajnett and I need justice for irrespective treatment given by customer care while asking my case status.


Actually my Raajnett connection was disconnected on 10-02-2016, 9:24:49 PM. After that I thought like its regular problem it will be up soon. So I didn’t raise a request with customer care. But after two days also Raajnett is not connecting. So I had raised case on 12-2-2016, 7:08PM.


After that I called local executive who came to my home for giving new connection. His name was Sivakumar. Two days he told me that I will send technician to check this issue sir. Two days I got the same answer but problem was not solved. Then I told to Sivakumar as you are taking response even customer care also not responding for my case. So I will disconnect my connection I can’t tolerate this. He simply replied ok sir you can cancel our connection. Then I asked him politely why you people are doing this to me. Is I am not paying bill? Is I am asking you free connection? I paid my bill and asking but you people not even responding. If you feel good while you are in my position? He asked sorry and promised me problem will be solved tomorrow. Then finally 13-02-2016 one technician came he analyzed the issue and told me problem will be solved before 3.00PM today and gave his number. His name was Srinivasan even after next day(Monday) he didn’t come back and my connection status was same. I called his number but it was switched off till.


I got irritation and left this issue as it is and waiting to see the response from Raajnett customer care. But they not even updated and worked on my case. It’s still in same condition.


Yesterday 17-02-2016 I called customer care and told this issue and asked her where I have to complaint to get justice? She told no need to complaint sir I will solve this by today evening(her name was Malar). But issue was not solved. Then today morning I called customer care luckily same person malar picked my call and she understood my issue and told sorry sir. Within half hour I will call u personally and update you status. But I am writing this mail at 6.30PM still No response.


As a highlight response of Raajnett customer care Executives I am too happy to become Raajnett customer. I called customer care today evening after mentioned my user id he checked my profile and cut the call without notification. Then again I called customer care I told my user id he asked my name and I asked his name. His name was Arun. I told previously that person cut my call like that. He continuously told me your case is in progress please wait. He is not even listening what I am talking he said thanks and cut the call while I am asking him please listen my problem. Then again I called customer care and told this issue and asked where I have to complaint. He simply said we don’t have option for that and I don’t know. Thank you. That’s it. Finally he too cut the call without listening me.


I attached every detail with this mail. I am waiting for your response. If you need more proof regarding this I am ready to submit where it is needed.


Is I have to beg with Raajnett executives to talk with me and listen my problem?. I need justice for this issue.


Simply They replied the below content and still my problem was not solved.
