I worked for RMP infotech few months ago, but never really liked the company or there business model. Although I had a desk job with the company, I had to deal with lot of crap and faced lot of people's grouse with the company. There was not much of career growth or salary benefits with the company and all of that basically tied with how much sales the company generate. There was no job security either and I can be fired any moment if the boss not like my work. The work environment is unhealthy and there was lot of backstabbing for getting a promotion. Our CEO was very rude and I personally did not have a good relation with him.
