They have closed my credit card at their own will, without my consent.
I have raised multiple queries to multiple email ids of this fraud bank but no result.
Nobody in this fraud bank is concern about customer service.
They never replied to my queries in time or sometime never replied.
Without my knowledge & permission they have closed my active credit card.
Upon escalations from side they never apologize for this blunder and never share the resolution for the same.
So how can someone trust on this kind of banking services.
How can someone trust on this kind of irresponsible Bank.
This is very strange these kind of fraud institution still exists in our system.
My request to be aware from this fraud RBL BANK.
