I have applied for Home Load from this company last year & got it approved at 9.8% Later Govt has reduced this rate & banks are offering Home Loans at as low as 9.5% however Raas has refused to change the ROI even though I have selected floating ROI. I am sure they will increase the ROI if it happened in future but do not want to decrease it.
Whenever I contacted them for same most of time they offered callback or asked to visit branch office which quite far from my place & why I need to visit them it should have happened automatically as I selected floating ROI.
