I ordered an led tv of Samsung. It costs me 18000Rs it size is 32 inches, my order ID is ZQ567BR9. They told me they deliver my product on 3 Nov, I paid them 18000Rs through my credit card, but at today I doesn't received my product, the website is showing your product delivered. I complaint them on customer care service but they doesn't give me any useful response, they said me sir your product is delivered I oppose them and said them I does not received my product after that they starts to say you filled up wrong address. I checked my address on website it is right, the reality Is that it is a fake online store
