I am the seller for following ad id's

I have availed quikr storage.
It has been more than 45 days.As the items weren't sold, I need my items to be delivered back to me immediately.I have sent several mails requesting to return my items.
But, there is no call back & also quikr isn't returning my items.
Quikr is a scam.
