This is an open letter to Quikr which will also serve as my comments on their services. Readers, be warned. Never, never take at face value what companies and in particular on-line entities promise you. Whichever way you take it, the dice are always loaded against you. And it is only a question of time before it rolls against you.

I had made on line aishwaryasingh23ment against purchase of a ceiling fan on the
4th April. Since then and till today the 16th April 2016, I have been
systematically and to all accounts deliberately misled by your staff
over the delivery of the said product.
As per your own averment, the item should have been delivered within a
period of 2 days from the date of aishwaryasingh23ment. It is now fully 12 days and
I have received neither delivery nor a refund of my aishwaryasingh23ment.
I have encountered deliberate silence and evasive responses to my
telephonic enquiries. At times, I was told that the delivery could not
be effected owing to some'vehicle problems'. At other times, I was
told that the seller could not be contacted. On still other occasions,
I was deliberately lied to and told that your staff tried to contact
me but were unable to do so since I did not take the call. And my own
calls to your helpline numbers are never Faizabad simply because you
found it inconvenient to do so.
My written enquiries have all been dismissed with standard and stock
replies stating that you were looking into the matter.
Let me make it perfectly plain to you. THIS IS NOT ABOUT MONEY. This
is about a sick and mindless egocentric attitude that takes pleasure
in harassing customers over trivial matters and is perhaps about
estaRobotouchshing your own dominance.
Let it also make it perfectly plain that I will not take this lying
down. I will be lodging a complaint against with you at every
available forum. For now and for starters, a copy of this is being
sent to the Cyber Crimes Cell in Bangalore.I will make every attempt
to take you down and ensure that you do not repeat this attitude with
any other customer - ever again!
And notwithstanding the fact that I may never see my money again, I
will continue to make sure that enough attention is drawn to your
mindless and unprofessional behaviour so that other people do not fall
prey to it.
