"Dare to use". Review on Quikr

Hi friends,

Today I am going to share with you my worst experience with Quikr.

I ordered a king size bed on 27th april and I paid 6000 rs with door step delivery service also.

They confirmed my order and told that product will be delivered on 3rd may.

On 3rd I received a call from some quikr guy he said sir, mattresses with this bed are little bit worn out, I said its ok please pick the bed)as I only paid for bed mattresses are additional from that guy from which I am purchasing).

After that guy said sir I am picking your bed today and will be delivered till evening, I said ok.

On that day bed was not delivered in evening I called that guy and asked about delivery, he said sir because of no entry after 5 pm we couldn't deliver it today we'll deliver it tomorrow after 11 am.

next day I called them and told about the construction work from govt is going on in my lane so please deliver it after some time as its a heavy item and may be your guy can't do it with hands from a long distance.

They said ok and shifted delivery on monday i.e. 7th may.

But for a surprise a guy came to my house and said he is from quikr and he brought my product, I I said but delivery was scheduled on monday then how can you come today, I said okif you have came with product then bring it, he said sir because of construction work the vehicle is standing far away and we can't bring it by hands.Then I told him please come tomorrow as delivery is scheduled for tomorrow and tomorrow this work will be finished adn you can bring your vehicle upto my home.

But surprisingly on monday i.e. 8th may I received a message from quikr that my order has been cancelled.

I was like what the hell, how can you cancel my order without my concern and even I have done pre payment.

I called there customer care and they were like sir because the product is big we can't deliver it so we cancelled your order, then I told them that you are making fool yesterday a guy with that product was at my home, then how can you say you can't deliver this product.And one more thing if you can't deliver this product then how can you take payment and your so called "door step delivery  service" charges?

on that time that guy was dumbstuck and said sir I am raising your concern and we'll get back to you.

So Guys conclusion is they keep my 6000 rs for almost 10 days and after that they cancelled my order without even asking me.

Please don't use this bad service.
