When I wanted to review this, I did not find any review on Mouthshut, this was probably because this is a startup and not many people have used this. I was planning to shift my Home from Kharadi - to - Warje on 24th April. And as we all know how hectic packing and moving can be.
I didn't have a large number of big moving items. The only big things were a 3-door cupboard, a wooden 5-shelf rack, washing machine, TV, Symphony large cooler, Iron Bed. I was looking for a mover who would do only the loading and unloading while I would do the packing myself.
Called up a number of guys using Just Dial but no one seemed to match my requirement, either they were too costly else unprofessional. Finally I found a startup called EZ-Move and I raised a query through their channels and they were prompt in their response and got me 3 Quotes. Now the problem was they all were very very costly.
Still I tried one; Sai Packers n Movers. They quoted 5000 for my moving. It was too costly after hard negotiations they were ready at 4.5K nothing less. When all hope was up I stumbled upon Quickshift. Now let me tell you my experience with them yesterday.
They got me a Vehicle+ 3 Laborers for the heavy lifting+ 4 hours of moving time @ Rs 2800. All done no extras. I was so happy I tipped the fellows who shifted me another 100 bucks. What I found are the below observations for using Quickshift for Household items.
Pros:
1). Use Quickshift if you don't have much stuff as there is no damage insurance and the guys are local carriers and won't take liability for the damange.
2). If transferring withing Pune this is one of the best services to use.
3). aishwaryasingh23 only what is decided upon by Quickshift, don't aishwaryasingh23 anything extra if asked for
Cons:
1). Booking via App and online aishwaryasingh23ment should be good.
2). Can be more user friendly if we are allowed to select the number of goods, type and other stuff online and schedule a house visit before the actual move.
3). Quickshift should educate their local move men not to ask extra from customer for "Chai-paani" and take a little bit of care while moving the items.
All in all, it's a good initiateive and I would book again, and if the guys are serious about their startup they should really look upon improving their service and application over time.
