I would like to inform about this hospital on couple of Points. It's a Big Hospital in Guntur region lot of low and middle class people will come to this hospital from surrounding area's. I went to Visit Durga temple in Vijayawada from Hyderabad from there want to visit Mangalagiri Narasimha temple. As one of my close friend father stays in Mangalagiri just called to see him. Unfortunately he was little depressed while talking and say's he joined his wife in NRI hospital due to some fluids formed in her wife stomach. So I decided to see my friend mother first later temple as I am in vacation for one week and already spent 3 days from Hyd to Vijayawada. After Durga temple visit directly took an auto from prakasam barrage and visited hospital. My friend father stays in Mangalagiri alone, Both of his Son's and Son in law stays in USA.

My friend father say's he visited this hospital with his wife day before evening when we visited. In the morning around 9.30 he suppose to admit in hospital. We reached hospital around 10.30 am and he is still waiting in General ward No-7. When we spoke to doctor said to remove loaded fluids need to stay in hospital for 3 days, There are two kinds of facilities one Special Room and General Bed. We decided to Join in Special room. The process is so pathetic. When we decided to Join in Special Room first doctor said go to Out patient ward a pay the amount. When we visited the OP is located in ground floor. He said there is no Special rooms available visit 16 first floor, 26 second floor, 36 third floor and 46 fourth floor. The lift people will not allow us to take lift's so we used to climb by steps. I am OK as an 42 years Old, but my friend father was almost around 70 years old he was totally tired while stepping three floors. First two floors said no rooms go to third floor.
