The fact that I am writing this review after making a visit more than a month ago shows that the experience I had at Quattro was pretty good. This Italian restaurant is a vegetarian's delight and has a large variety of pizzas, pastas, and Mexican food. Located opposite to Phoenix mall, this eatery is not very easy to spot but you can always call the restaurant and get help in reaching. The ambience of the eatery is pretty cosy with dim lighting with sofas and high-rise tables. We were quickly shown our table in spite of not making a reservation but I would strongly recommend one, especially on weekends. As we were starving, we straight away went for main course and ordered spaghetti intaglio and pizza primavera. The sphagetti was very rich in taste and topped with oregano, it only made things better. Same can be tried with penne or fusilli pasta. The pizza was wood fired and was thin crust. Best thing about the pizza was that it was not too wet or completely dry, something that other restaurants get wrong in most of the cases. The abundance of vegetables on the pizza base can be sort of an issue for the margherita loving ones but that is exclusive to primavera and few other pizzas only. The staff was super friendly and would surely help you finalizing the choices if you are not certain what to order. Must visit if you are in lower parel.
