Hello guys.
As a science student today I am giving the review about Quaker oats
I know this is foreign company product. but we have to keep fit our health first.
and when talking about our health we must not do any compromise.
FLAVOR of Quaker oats may not like all the people but as always we focus on product quality.
if u see on package label
u will find that
saturated fat 0.5 gm
trans fat 0 gm
cholesterol 0 gm
sodium 0 gm
sugar only 1 gm
so very healthy product .all this are unhealthy for our body and most other of product contain high level of this all. mostly the noodles.
it also contain 1gm polyunsaturated fat and 1gm monounsaturated fat which are good for our health.
dietary fiber is good for our digesting system.
so guys have it as your perfect breakfast.
